In our Sports Jam Spotlight segment Jay Wilcox profiles Osseo High School’s Kate Achenbach. The senior just wrapped up her five-year prep career in golf. She also played four years of volleyball for Osseo and will play that sport beginning next year at the University of St. Thomas. Also on the show John Jacobson talks with Maple Grove softball players Jade Tomashek and Kate Kapsner and head coach Jim Koltes about the Crimson’s section final win over Champlin Park and the upcoming state tournament. Plus we reveal last week’s Play of the Week winner.
