At Plymouth’s Planning Commission meeting Wednesday night, neighbors responded to a plan that calls for 430 apartment units, retail and a parking garage in the vacant Four Seasons Mall Development. Concerns mainly revolved around high density aspect of the property. The Council will take up the issue June 25.
